Jake and Ian arrived as expected on the day we were scheduled to begin the installation. Throughout they were extremely polite and worked hard to keep the site clean and tidy. 13 windows and 3 doors took a day longer than planned to fit but the results were extremely well worth the extra day. My wife and I feel as if we are living in a new home; after 28 years of walnut stained wooden windows the transformation to white UPVC is quite amazing! Although we had some minor problems with the manufacturing, plane glass being supplied against the order for obscured, these were rectified during the instalation. All in all you have a very satisfied customer who would be happy to recommend Aspen to anyone. Thanks Nick, thanks Alan. ~ Roger A

We were very happy with the complete service we received. We telephoned the office and spoke to a very friendly and polite lady. An appointment was made with Nick who came round and explained the products and answered all our questions. He arranged for Alan the Surveyor who came, measured up and explained the next steps. On the morning of installation the team arrived on time. Barry and Anthony sheeted out everywhere they were working and also cleaned up every evening before they left. They were very friendly, professional and meticulous in their work. The installation was completed within the time frame stated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aspen Home Improvements. We want to thank you for an exemplary installation. At every stage of the process, we felt totally confident that we would end up with first-class double glazing. From initial contact to choosing the window styles to providing quotations, right through to the first day and installation, the communication from Nick was responsive and comprehensive. We can't say anything about your aftercare service because we haven't needed to use it - everything was installed the first time perfectly! A special word needs to go to Barry & Jim. Brilliant job, no fuss, and we could see how hard they worked. When they left, the house was spotless. If only all tradesmen worked to their high standards. We had a really positive experience with Aspen for the fitting of our new front door. Nick (owner) was so lovely and down to earth and nice to work with, as was his co-owner (Alan?). I was so grateful that they didn't give it a really hard sell as per other window companies - genuine personality shining through which actually really helped to seal the deal! On the morning of fitting, I received a phone call to confirm an estimated time of arrival and the fitter/gentleman who fitted our new front door was so professional and courteous and polite. Aspen have just installed for us aluminium bi-folds and French doors, new upvc windows and back doors and an engineered timber front door. We are absolutely delighted with the result. They spent a lot of time planning the project with us, there was no pressure selling, the quality of the product is excellent and the fitting team were polite and friendly with great attention to detail. The fitters even flagged a couple of minor snagging issues before we saw them and they were resolved promptly. There was only very minor damage to our decoration and they left the house spotless. They weren’t the cheapest but their pricing was competitive, especially given the quality of the final installation. We can’t fault them. It’s nice to deal with a long established local company and we have already engaged with them to fit new roofline products in the new year. 100% recommended. ~ Chris B

Whilst a window replacement is always going to create some mess, the Aspen guys minimised this where possible. The whole experience from Nick coming to site initially, right through to completion and the after-install communication was absolutely top notch and couldn’t be faulted and they are not the most expensive by a long shot. Nick, Alan and the guys were not only professional but patient, polite and courteous all the way through. I would recommend Aspen without any hesitation...really very, very happy! The whole process was very professionally and respectfully managed. Nick was very courteous and took on board what we wanted regarding door quality and in particular security. The actual installation of our new doors went very smoothly and the fitters were respectful of our property and where we needed subsequent support for a few niggles nothing was too much trouble. Alan and Jeff ensured this happened and we received our 'Certass' Certificates in a timely manner. Although it was probably the coldest and wettest 2 weeks of the year so far, the installation team were very efficient and friendly and worked extremely hard to get the work completed quickly. They responded well to my questions and was kept up to speed with how the job was progressing and each evening, we were given the plans for the next day so that we could prepare the rooms for the work to commence on arrival. We are pleased with the final installation and the house does look so much smarter. Have just got one window panel needing a replacement due to a small crack that wasn't noticed at the time of installation. ~ Chris D

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end. From initial discussions regarding the design we wanted to the final finished product. We were nervous as we have a period home so any works have to be done sympathetically. Alan designed the perfect conservatory to house our kitchen, and Barry and Jake were skilled and professional at building the structure. From the initial sales chat and quotation from Nick, through the survey process with Alan and the installation doing their job very efficiently, I can have no complaints and can offer solid praise for the quality of our dealings with Aspen. We wouldn’t use any other company for windows, doors or weatherboarding! (I’m sure they do much more!) From the initial sale appointment, Nick takes the time to find out exactly what we want, (including designing my own door from an image online!) Aspen fitted our conservatory just over 10 years ago. We have used them to replace all our doors and windows on our house and have just had weatherboarding to complete the whole project. I can not emphasise enough how brilliant, Aspen has been. Nick and his team provide a fantastic service. They have guided us to make the right decision, without pressurising us. I had patio doors in 2014 and then windows and front door fitted in 2015 all without fuss or mess and been very happy with them since. Now renting the house out and had a front door lock issue, got back in touch with Aspen to see if they could fix it (fully expecting to pay after all this time) and they came out under warranty and promptly fixed the minor issue without charge. Couldn't ask for better service throughout the life of their products (which still look great 8+ years on!). ~ Jon K

Having spoken to a number of Window companies and received a number of quotes, my wife and I found Alan to be incredibly friendly, thorough and actually cared about the choices we were looking to make and also very competitive. Everything went very smoothly with our new front door and five windows. The initial vist was helpful and enabled us to choose the exact spec and colour for the door and frames and a visit to the showroom enabled us to decide on the letter box and knocker. The quotation was provided promptly and accurately and the installation over 2 days was handled very politely and efficiently with the finish well up to the standard we wanted. Professional attitude by Nick and his fitters from getting quotation through to work completed.Fitters kept me appraised whilst fitting weatherboard front and rear of property together with fitting of new fascia ,soffit and guttering on my lobby.Fitters cleaning up everyday for four days taken, cannot praise them for professionalism and care taken I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone requiring similar work to be taken out.on their property ~ Adrian D

Aspen Home Improvements recently installed new windows and doors for me. Not knowing what to expect I was very impressed how smoothly everything went. Not only was everything completed within four days I was also surprised at the lack of dust and dirt and what mess there was was cleared up by the installation team at the end of each day. Very impressed with the service provided by Aspen. Made the door to exactly what we wanted and fitted on time with no complications. Despite one of the door handles having a mark on it they fitted so the door could be use and ordered a brand new one for us and fitted as soon as it came in.
